  3. Thanks for sharing excellent informations. Your web site is very cool. I am impressed by the details that you have on this site. It reveals how nicely you understand this subject. Bookmarked this web page, will come back for more articles. You, my friend, ROCK! I found simply the info I already searched all over the place and just couldn’t come across. What a great web site.

  5. First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!

    • Thank you for the compliment and you do have a beautiful music website as well! I love music and food together! As far as the writing, usually I will wait and write a day or two after the event I am writing about. When I am relaxed my thoughts flow more creativley! If I try to write the night of the event, dinner, ect I sit for the 10 to 15 minutes as well trying to think of what to say. I usually try to start with some humor if possible. Hope that helps and I am going to google your music!

Lisa, your Italian minestrone soup and
little toasts with red pepper aioli were delicious. What a nice light and tasty way to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Lisa, I just made your chicken cacciatore for the second time.and as always it was incredible. The pepper plants, cilantro and parsley that you gave me have been transplanted into large pots and are growing beautifully – with the exception of the cilantro, which as we know likes cooler weather snd is sulking until it is ready to blossom again in the fall or winter. Thanks for the starter plants. I see that you are a talented gardener as well as cook. The 2 talents are closely related – aren!t they?

Lately I’ve been cooking your dish with Asian noodles and stir fried shrimp and vegetables. I love it when you make that delicious dish. I think that I left out one of the ingredients when I made it because it was good but not sensational the way it is when you make it. The ingredient that I left out is “your magic” because you are a gifted cook and transform what you make into a delicious treat.
